It has been a circuitous journey that let me to the kind of work that I do. I'm endlessly fascinated by bodywork and the capacity to interact with the emotional body via the physical body. Serendipity guided me to the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), where I completed my Associates Degree, specializing in Somato-Emotional Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy. My sessions are guided what is needed by my client in that particular moment. Sometimes we process deeply felt emotions, sometimes we process deeply felt physical patterns, but we also laugh a lot. I'm thankful to be doing what I do for a living, and that people find it beneficial.
